At MegakSha, we celebrate the uniqueness of handwoven sarees. Slight weaving irregularities, visible threads, or uncut zari are natural features of handcrafted textiles and not considered defects. Blouse pieces may be packed separately or loosely attached as per industry standards.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after deducting applicable bank or gateway charges.

International Orders: We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. In case of a genuine defect, email support@megaksha.com within 24 hours with photos and order details. Partial refunds may be offered after review.

Orders are shipped throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery Timelines: Within India: 3–6 business days. International: 5–10 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Charges: Free shipping within India. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any applicable import duties must be paid by the customer. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Damaged Deliveries: Please record a continuous unboxing video when opening your package.
