Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MegakSha, we take pride in the uniqueness of handwoven sarees. Please note:

  1. Slight weaving irregularities, visible threads, or uncut zari are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and not considered defects.
  2. Blouse pieces may be packed separately or loosely attached, as per industry standards.

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting applicable bank or payment gateway charges.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the advance payment will be refunded after deductions, if applicable.

Exchange

  1. No exchanges are allowed at this time.

Returns – Domestic Orders

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Defective products
  2. Incorrect items received

Important:

  1. A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to defective or incorrect items.
  2. Color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@megaksha.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Do not open tampered or damaged packages—contact us immediately.
  3. Share clear photos/videos, including the unboxing video, of the issue.
  4. Once approved, return the item in original condition with tags and invoice.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

International Orders

  1. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
  2. In case of a genuine defect, email support@megaksha.com within 24 hours with photos, order details, and the unboxing video.
  3. Partial refunds may be offered after review.
