Order Processing

1. Orders are shipped throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Timelines

1. Within India: 3–6 business days
2. International: 5–10 business days (delivery times may vary by location)

Shipping Charges

1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. For international orders, any applicable customs duties or import taxes must be paid by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. COD is available for domestic orders with:
2. An additional COD service charge (displayed at checkout).
3. A small advance payment at the time of order confirmation (details provided during checkout).
4. COD is not available for international orders.

Damaged Deliveries

To help us resolve any issues quickly:

1. Please record a continuous unboxing video when opening your package.
2. If you receive a damaged item:
3. Email support@megaksha.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
4. We will arrange a return and full refund at no extra cost, provided the original tags and packaging are intact.

Order Issues & Cancellations
